Customization process
※Requirement confirmation stage>The customer and Suoxiang communicate their requirements through face-to-face, telephone, email, etc., and organize them into documents. The later development will be based on the requirements document.
※Price negotiation stage> Ask for a quotation and development cycle, and negotiate and confirm with the customer.
※After confirming the cooperation> after negotiation, the "software development contract" will be signed, and the cooperation phase will be officially entered, and the customer will pay 50% of the advance payment.
※Development stage> The development and design document preparation, database design, and coding work are carried out on the cable. The customer provides relevant information and human and material assistance. The two parties work together to complete the system with guaranteed quality and quantity until it is deployed and online. After the customer passes the acceptance, 40% of the project payment will be paid.
※Maintenance phase>From the date of customer acceptance, the request will provide one year of free maintenance. In the maintenance phase, minor function adjustments and bug fixes can be made, but if you want to develop new functions, you need to pay additional fees. After one year expires, the customer pays the remaining 10% of the maintenance fee. If you need to continue to maintain, you need to pay for the maintenance of the new year.
